Leah Williams brings a natural ability to connect with people, a strong marketing background, and an eye for detail to the Perrin Duvall Real Estate team. A 2026 graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Marketing, Leah combines fresh ideas with a hardworking, thoughtful approach to helping clients navigate real estate.

Having moved five times herself and lived up and down the East Coast, Leah understands what it feels like to make a new place feel like home. She moved to Virginia Beach at 16, graduated from Norfolk Christian, and has called the Great Neck area home ever since. Friendly, approachable, and a strong communicator, Leah loves getting to know people and making the buying or selling process feel as seamless as possible.

Outside of real estate, you can usually find Leah golfing, trying a new restaurant, needlepointing, occasionally playing pickleball, or spending time with her fiancé, Matt, and her family. She’s currently planning their January wedding and will happily give you a restaurant recommendation while she’s at it.
