Shannon brings energy, heart, and a sharp eye for homes to everything she does. After living in the Boston area, she and her husband Matt made the move to Virginia Beach after Matt finished dental school and took over Lighthouse Dental Group, trading snowstorms for sunshine and never looking back.

A true people-person, Shannon has always had a love for real estate. She earned her degree in Occupational Therapy, supported their family dentistry practice for years, and after raising three girls under five, she’s now diving fully into her longtime passion: helping people find the right home. And trust me—she has a gift for it. Shannon is known for spotting the perfect house before most people finish describing what they’re looking for.

She’s incredibly detail-oriented, deeply familiar with Virginia Beach neighborhoods, and well connected locally through the dental community, church, golf, and pickleball leagues. Her approach is thoughtful, enthusiastic, and rooted in truly understanding her clients’ lifestyles, not just their wish lists.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find Shannon singing on the worship team at church, working out at Burn Boot Camp Red Mill, traveling with her family, or soaking up life with her three girls. She brings care, hustle, and joy into every room...and we’re so grateful to have her on the team.
