Shannon is the magician behind the "Wow" moment when you walk into one of our listings. She’s got an instinct for what feels fresh and lived-in without being cluttered—and can make a room sing with just a throw blanket and a fiddle leaf fig. As our runner, she’s also the boots-on-the-ground logistics queen, handling everything from staging supplies to last-minute listing prep like a pro. She’s a proud Navy wife, a mom to four amazing kids, and a grandma to two little ones who keep her on her toes. Her weekends are full of family time, grandbaby snuggles, and likely a little home styling on the side.

Transaction Coordinator & Director of operations
Morgan is the calm in the contract storm. With a brain wired for details and a heart for helping, she's the one making sure nothing falls through the cracks—from signatures to timelines. She’s equal parts spreadsheet sorceress and contract whisperer. If you've ever closed with Perrin, you’ve likely felt Morgan’s invisible hand making it all feel seamless. Outside of work, she’s probably spending time with her two sweet boys, Braxton and Anderson, and her husband Corey—or out on the pickleball court getting her competitive fix!

Marketing Assistant
Caitlyn is the creative brainpower behind the beauty you see across our listings and socials. She’s got a Canva tab open at all times, knows what’s trending before it trends, and has a sixth sense for when a reel needs a pop of glitter or sass. With an eye for design and a love for storytelling, she helps make every home shine online. When she’s off the clock, Caitlyn’s probably spending time with her family at the beach or—let’s be real—rearranging all the furniture in her house just for fun. She’s a proud mom to sweet Frankie and wife to Jeff.
Frankie Trueschler
Junior Marketing Assistant (In Training)
Frankie might be the smallest member of the team, but don’t let her size fool you—she brings big energy to every meeting. Whether she’s offering creative input (a.k.a. handing us goldfish crackers) or lighting up the room with her smile, Frankie reminds us that joy and fun belong in the workplace.
She’s been known to sit in on team brainstorms, approve Instagram posts with a nod, and provide essential snack breaks for morale. As the daughter of our Marketing Assistant, Caitlyn, and future CEO in the making, Frankie is already learning the ropes of real estate marketing—one meeting (and marker drawing) at a time.
